Each stick figure has unique qualities. Though their appearance on the outside is the same, their talents and abilities are vastly different.
Like these stick figures, waterproof seam tapes can all appear the same on the outside. They are white, 4 inches wide, and each have a specific objective in their field. But, they aren’t the same. Each tapes capabilities are tremendously different, and will be best used in the field they are designed for.
Benjamin Franklin said “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten”. And he is right. Pricing is usually a large factor in buying waterproof seam tape because of the idea that if they look the same, they work the same. However, if you save $10 on a tape, but it fails in two months and has to be redone, did you really save $10?
